Is there a customer service contact person associated with the FMM? The serial number supplied with the order does not work. To say the least it has been quite frustrating not get a technical response from the company (who ever that is) so that the problem can be eliminated.
There was some issue with their serial numbers and support, this affected everyone a few weeks ago. However everything seems to be resolved and working now. Try contacting support again.
